Jul 27, 2024 First, I'm not a dev and I lack programming skills. Who among you has tried or proceeded to query or transfer the data encapsulated in the JSON backup that Tana offers? I am one of those who once a month generates a JSON backup (just in case...). I don't do it out of a deep fear or an apology for the local-first movement or anything like that (otherwise I wouldn't be using a cloud-based tool). But I am interested to know how you manage the information stored in this cloud, especially after months (already years) of entering company data, personal data, etc... consistently.

David Tana NavigatorJun 6, 2024 We need a robust integration between the outcomes of Meeting Agent within the #meeting note and the Tana Publish:Page feature. I am not talking about "Team" side of things, I am just talking about sharing the Summary of what is Transcribed to third-parties. Having the output into a Field value does not help in that regard. Just try to combine it, and you see.
The Tana Publish:Page seems the Cinderella since it was launched... and it is a very valuable feature, enabling us to apply a Quality Control format procedure to any content we structure within Tana that is aimed for external sharing.

May 22, 2024 I think this is the same... although it is for just "offline" work but not just "ideas on the fly"
Offline Note Synchronization for Remote Work
Implement a solution to facilitate offline note-taking and synchronization with Tana's Inbox without relying on parsing through ChatGPT.
Explain the problem as you see it:
Currently, the process of synchronizing offline notes with Tana's Inbox involves cumbersome manual steps and parsing, which are not easily automated without the use of generative AI.Consider describing a specific time when you had this issue:
While working remotely in a digital system with intermittent internet access, I needed to manage and synchronize my notes efficiently. The manual steps required to integrate these notes into Tana's Inbox were time-consuming and disrupted my workflow. Why is this a problem for you?
This inefficiency creates friction and disrupts the workflow, making it challenging to manage information effectively without constant internet access. Automating this process would significantly improve productivity and streamline note management. -

I copy the full content to the clipboard and paste it into my Obsidian instance. The time invested in removing children and fields could not be less efficient.
Some sort of related idea shared here too https://ideas.tana.inc/posts/602-data-portability-and-long-term-accessibility
