Returning to Tana lately, and definitely wishing this was resolved.

    2. GREAT-GRANDPARENT and higher levels of PARENT search operator

Came here to find this suggestion! I'm in need of a great-grandparent, but would like the flexibility of having more expanded control over pointing to ancestry of nodes. The notation you suggested feels good to me!

It appears that OPML is already supported as an IMPORT format. That seems like a positive sign that export would be a good idea as well.

What would you do in cases where you need a granular undo?

    Often, use the backspace button.

For non-type problems, I would want the system to detect the change as the right level of granularity for the change.

Perhaps the scope of my request is for "text-entry" changes.

These are some options until there's an official solution: If you use Raycast, there's Readwise to Tana. Tools for Tana's web based Readwise importer

Does anyone know if theres a "Readwise to Tana" equivalent for Alfred?

Came here to request this same feature. Tana is really in need of a way to cut the visual clutter that fields produce. The outline gets a bit tough to follow once you start nesting nodes with fields visible.

    From Slack:

Is it possible to “hide” the metadata of a node while still seeing all of the nested content?
(I’d like to be able to simplify the view sometimes, cut the clutter of the attributes/metadata, and focus on the outline of text alone)

Ideally, I’d like “hide all metadata” (all nodes in view) and “hide metadata for this node” (just node with the cursor) in the command menu.
