Came here to request this same feature. Tana is really in need of a way to cut the visual clutter that fields produce. The outline gets a bit tough to follow once you start nesting nodes with fields visible.

Is it possible to “hide” the metadata of a node while still seeing all of the nested content?
(I’d like to be able to simplify the view sometimes, cut the clutter of the attributes/metadata, and focus on the outline of text alone)
Ideally, I’d like “hide all metadata” (all nodes in view) and “hide metadata for this node” (just node with the cursor) in the command menu.
You don't have permission to do this.
