@Rui Silva Fantastic Idea! I too have a desire to use digital handwriting for all the reasons you do and more.
The other problem is there is poor scribble support for the iPad. Once you begin using the pencil the smaller keyboard pops up and there is no way to add a tag.
Suggestion a solution
Debug the scribble with Apple Pencil problem and allow access to commands .
