Yep, checked it out and turns out it's even better than I expected as you can have multiple calculations per column. For the sake of completeness, I'd add a couple more calculations:
- Count empty
- Percentage values (non-empty)
- Percentage empty

Thanks, Darren. I had this feeling that I had seen something like that recently, but couldn't find how to get to it. Thanks for clarifying. Feeling a bit dumb at the moment, to be honest. Still holding out a little hope that I can turn this into a request for a specific type of calculation/statistic.

And it would also be nice to have the possibility of showing the summary row on top of the table instead of having it in the bottom. For longer tables, having the summary immediately visible could be useful.
