Find/Match existing nodes in "Discovered Items"

Actions

Explain the problem as you see it

When using tana AI for meetings it suggest some Discovered items on the meeting but don't allow relating this "new items" with existing ones

Why is this a problem for you?

Reviewing the summary or transcription and doing the link of the mentions to the right node takes a lot of time and effort. Not doing that makes the meeting notes "less related" with existing nodes

Suggest a solution

When using tana AI for meetings it suggest some Discovered items on the meeting and allow tagging them on just one click, that is great but, based on my experience it will be more useful if it was possible to find the node/item, already tagged, that match what AI find.

As an example, let's say you talk about "John" in a meeting. It will offer to tag John as a person, but it would be great that you can also choose from a list of your actual nodes tagged as person to differenciate if this was "John Smith" or "John Doe". That way all the mentions of John on the summary will be linked to the right John (instead of creating a new one)

Banner Reposition

Actions

Explain the problem as you see it

Images AI generated or uploaded for banner are larger than the ammount of space and most of the times don't show what I would like to see

Why is this a problem for you?

I want to improve the look&feel of my nodes

Suggest a solution

It would be nice to been able to reposition an banner image, at least on the vertical axis so it can show whatever I want from a larger image

Referencing dates without @ date fields

Actions

Explain the problem as you see it

Date field can only contain dates but we need to reference dates nodes using “@“. Considering it’s a date filed it would be grate to use references (like today, tomorrow, etc..) without the @ like it actually happens with instance nodes

Why is this a problem for you?

It will requiere less keystrokes and it would be easy to use it

Suggest a solution

Allow to reference dates : relative or exact without using the “@“ sign
