Explain the problem as you see it
I use the meeting tag transcription option a lot. However, it's very easy to forget about it and then hours later (or even the next day) I realize it's been running and recording for a long time. This is very easy to forget about if you're working through a lot of tabs, have a lot of content, etc.
It would be nice if there was more of a global indicator that there is an active transcription so you don't have to be on the exact node location and see it to remember it's running.
Why is this a problem for you?
I'll leave a transcription running after a discussion or meeting is over and it will record a lot more content that is not relevant. I then have to manually remove all the unwanted content from the transcription. It also usually means the generated summary is wrong as well.
Suggest a solution
Global indicator that is always in view that let's me know an active transcription is running.

I keep running into this problem, accidentally recording multiple meetings into the same node. It wouldn't be that big of a problem if transcripts were easily moved around, but they are very much locked to their parent nodes and very difficult to deal with. (Try running a transcript processing command on a node where the transcript is copied over from another transcript -- it's not pretty.)
Even though the running transcription is in the sidebar now, it is only really visible if the sidebar is fully open. If the sidebar is collapsed, the indicator is easily glanced over -- and if the sidebar is hidden, there is no indicator at all.
