Explain the problem as you see it
The Tana desktop app never updates.
Why is this a problem for you?
I always have to go on Tana website to check for new releases and manually download a new app version. I don't recall the app ever notifying for new updates.
Suggest a solution
Please fix this updating issue now that you've officially gone public. Every time I open the app, there should be an automatic notification if new version is available. I also suggest creating a menu option to check for new updates.

Mine updates just fine
mine doesn't. I deleted the app and used cleaners to remove everything related to Tana. Do you have any suggestions on how I can circumvent this updating issue? I assume, maybe, there could be something in my system settings preventing this? thanks in advance
