User-configurable Base Types

Explain the problem as you see it

297.2.0 introduces an advanced feature to assign a "base type" to supertags. The list of available base types is configured by Tana, and is not configurable or extendable by users.

Why is this a problem for you?

Though Tana provides a robust initial set of base types, I would like to have base types that fit my own use cases.

Suggest a solution

Introduce a "Setting" or some other method to add base types to the list. This would be name for the type, and a short label describing the use case for the type. I don't think we need to remove or change the built-in types.
