Heat Map View for Habits and Other Tracking

Actions

Explain the problem as you see it

Visual display for longer term tracking I find useful for maintaining motivation and seeing patterns emerge over time. A heatmap display for this would be useful within Tana for things like habit tracking and word count tracking.

Why is this a problem for you?

Incorporating this functionality in Tana would reduce the need for me to track this sort of thing externally in a different app.

Suggest a solution

There seems to be some built in functionality in the little calendar date picker which shows relative number of nodes for each day node that month based on the size of the circle surrounding each day. I wonder if this could be tweaked to display habit tracking? Would be great to have a yearly view as well (concept in link to Slack). I like the idea of a heat map for tracking habits or other information visually.

Audio Capture - Have option to process audio and distinguish different speakers

Actions

Explain the problem as you see it

Currently transcribing audio clips goes through the Whisper API, which is great for speed and accuracy I've found, but it doesn't distinguish between different speakers in the same audio file - an interview or a meeting for instance.

Why is this a problem for you?

For most of my uses of the audio capture and transcribe feature, it’s just me talking for personal notes or todos. But I have used it to record meetings before and without speaker identification it can be difficult to sort out who said what.

Suggest a solution

I don’t think the whisper API has that functionality built in (yet?) but looks like there are some other tools that might work with it. I hope that could be integrated in the background to create another option to "transcribe audio with multiple speakers".
