I've found immense benefit in using chat features across my entire database in the app called Mem AI. It serves as a second brain, allowing me to quickly pull up information. As a busy professional the ability to search globally and utilize chat is incredibly valuable.

I can consider myself an intermediate user (on a good day when I have time to tinker) and I have some pretty cool workflows in Tana, but from a practical application as but I find myself appreciating being able to retrieve information very quickly. I use the chat feature in Mem AI to answer specific questions about things that I know I have in mind database and I want a quick answer about, but I don’t want to put a note up. For example, what did X person say about X topic? I’ve had a lot of instances what I need to recall specific information while in a meeting, I was able to use a global chat to recall the information.

For some time now, I have been using Mem AI alongside Tana. I store all my information in Mem for easy retrieval and manage all my projects and tasks in Tana. This combination has streamlined my workflow significantly. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this integration.
