Explain the problem as you see it
Dividing the workspace into a multitude of panels is essential, but finds its true usefulness on a large screen, and its limitations on another screen.
Why is this a problem for you?
My workspace is spread over several medium-sized screens. A single window cannot clearly display more than 2 views within 2 different panels.
Suggest a solution
The solution would be to build a multi-window desktop application to give each user the option of displaying a full-screen view in an application window on as many screens as they like.
