However, I would argue that it's important to go beyond "line breaks inside nodes" and also have a dedicated "long-form" writing mode that...You mention the solution below, which I cannot access (older than 90 days). Is the workaround described somewhere else? Could you copy it here?
ThanksThe best workaround so far is Jeff Harris' CSS workaround. Which was posted here in the slack community
It is an important feature. And there are even already some good ideas from the community on how to tackle it (create a "long-form text block" just like a "code block"; allow to control the display of bullet points via a supertag).
