Explain the problem as you see it
For users who manage businesses, clinics, or workflows that strictly operate Monday through Friday, the weekends in the Calendar View take up valuable screen real estate. Currently, Saturday and Sunday compress the width of the active workdays, leaving dead space on the screen. This can be confusing for teams when the Calendar View is shared and/or not allow as many words to take up the screen real estate as it could, providing more useful details.
Why is this a problem for you?
I use Tana for a job that only provides services on weekdays. Hiding the weekends would allow the 5 active workdays to take up the full width of the screen. This would let me see significantly more information within my daily nodes and reduce a cramped UI, maximizing the space for the days that actually matter to my workflow. When I want to share the program calendar or even the "year-end dates" calendar to my team, less text shows in the calendar view AND there are weekends on the screen and that is unnecessary.
Suggest a solution
Add a toggle in the Calendar View settings to "Hide Weekends." When activated, Saturday and Sunday would disappear from the grid entirely. Most importantly, the Monday through Friday columns should proportionally expand to fill 100% of the calendar container's width.
