Explain the problem as you see it
Users can't view iPhone/HEIC photos (e.g. added via drag and drop from Apple Photos app on MacOS) in Tana (unless you use Tana on Safari).
Why is this a problem for you?
A process that should be very simple currently requires a multi-step approach and significantly slows down workflows. To view iPhone/HEIC photos in Tana, they must first be converted to a supported format first.

Support display of HEIC format natively in Tana desktop.
