Explain the problem as you see it
I have to share meeting notes with colleagues.
Previously I was doing it very easy with workflowy. I could share the node and the nested content in different ways and it was interactive when needed (edition mode) without the need for my colleagues to have an account in the app.
Thanks to this, several colleagues started using workflowy because they saw the potential of the app.
Why is this a problem for you?
For instance when I have to share meeting notes with colleagues.
Now I have to print the notes in a PDF format to share the content (a problem in Dark mode), and if I edit the document, it is not automatically updated.
When I assign tasks to others, they cannot comment on the document and update information without the need to have an account and I can't add comments neither for them.

Absolutely must have to make it mainstream 🔥🔥🔥
Seconding this - would be a huge improvement to my workflow. Quick thoughts
I bet this is a big hang up for anyone using tana for work notes. tana can't be an all-in-one if I can't use it for 40+ hours of my week. please make this a thing! it's awesome on workflowy.
Totally agree

Very much required. Also, I dont see a comment from any one on the Tana dev team. Am new to Tana, but switched over completely from Craft and Roam. So this ability to share (at least to begin with in View Only mode without the reader requiring any Tana login) is critical .
+10!!
This is critical for me as a freelance consultant that needs to work with different clients and different suppliers working on parts of a project.
Yeah, this is a huge need for me (and I imagine many others). We have a fairly small team right now; so in the meantime I am not too worried about training them on how Tana works so they're comfortable using it without accidentally changing or deleting any setup/settings/schema. And I can make separate workspaces for confidential areas such as Finance that need only specific users. But permissions will really be a must going forward!
Allowing setting user permissions at the Workspace level would really be ideal. For instance permissions on if they have access to any workspace settings/schema, permissions for adding/deleting nodes, permissions for supertags like adding/viewing/editing, etc. And then having options for setting permissions on a per node basis as well to add complete granular permission control.
This is definitely a top feature request for using Tana as an all-in-one platform for my business. It does pretty much everything else I can think of (aside from a few quick integrations that are already on the roadmap). Cheers
Yes please!
