Explain the problem as you see it
I want to record meetings, so I can participate without note taking, but I don't really want an agent to join my meetings - I think it makes people feel observed and isn't useful when talking to clients.

I don't know exactly how it works, but Amie has a really good solution to this. It records the incoming audio (and your own) and then transcribes the meeting and gives a summary. I like Amie a lot, but the raw functionality of Tana is much more appealing to me. I use Amie because a lot of my information lives in meeting notes and transcripts. If I were able to organise that automatically in my master note taking app that would be incredible.
