Explain the problem as you see it
Embedding a YouTube (YT) video which includes parameters for the timestamp, e.g., &t=89s, is not possible. Therefore, embedding YT videos with different timestamps always results in the same experience: clicking "play" plays the video from the start, and I am ultimately embedding the same video over and over.
Why is this a problem for you?
It's a problem because it doesn't allow me to link certain parts of a video to specific notes. For example, imagine I am learning something about topic X. As I am taking notes, I want to link to certain parts in the video to review a concept Y or idea Z. This is very useful and possible in other tools.
Suggest a solution
Just respect the ?t param and embed the video using it. #lowhangingfruit
