Clicking on a node reference link should load the node in the main panel directly, rather than opening a pop up window and having to do a second click to Open. Currently there is a lot of friction navigating through references quickly because it takes two mouse clicks to first click on a reference to another node, and then waiting for the pop-up and pressing Open unlike many other note taking apps.

You can still have the popup menu with other options come up perhaps with a right click, but the left click should be reserved for simply opening on the node.
