Explain the problem as you see it
I like the Tana community on Slack, except it hiding messages and files more than 90 days old. I think we have some great community information hidden away. I realize keeping older information carries a substantial cost - £7,933.80 according to Slack.
Why is this a problem for you?
I couldn't access a conversation with useful information in the Slack community because it's more than 90 days old. It's a shame that a knowledge management platform doesn't retain its community's knowledge.
Suggest a solution
I suggest moving the Tana community to Tana, if it can handle it. It would offer the following benefits:
- Community content could live forever.
- It would show collaboration on Tana working at a large scale
- Tana could offer the community feature to customers.
- New users would learn Tana basics by collaborating in the community.
