For the @-mention case, you can go to your home node, and remove the 'Allow content from' on the other workspaces. And that should stop it popping up there.
For global-search there is a workaround, you can write the ID of your home node, and > and then your search to only search within one workspace. It also works to use Ctrl K -> Search Within on the home node to have it prefill with homeNodeId > for you.
