HAS_AUDIO exists, and I think it will do what you require? Also HAS_MEDIA (any attachment), HAS_IMAGE and HAS_VIDEO.
We definitively need to document these better.

HAS_AUDIOalso match nodes with any random uploaded audio clips?I'd say these are semantically different than voice messages sent by the user, and that there's real value in having a search parameter that would only catch voice messages manually recorded by the user inside Tana itself. I would definitely use it. (And it would likely cause me to record voice notes more often.)
